The following information is required in order to place a Lookout Site on the register.  Additional information supporting the nomination is useful and will be kept in our national files.

8.  Enclose photograph of lookout (for certificate and listing on web) ( can email to info@firetower.org).

9. Attach forest map.

Be sure that all nine (9) items listed above are provided.

The NOMINATOR is the individual preparing the nomination.  The NOMINATOR will not be listed on the certificate.

The goal is to recognize the 5,000+ sites in the US that once had lookouts.
