Comments:  Filled with packrats. Old wood and propane stove still there. Door does not latch. Roof mainly watertight. One shuter missing. Floor intact. Not much of a catwalk left.

Other encroachments?  (Describe)  cell phone service at lookout but none for 60 mile of road leading to trailhead

Comments:    Trail to lookout crosses a stream over 15 times. Poor trail and I wouldn't attempt with out a good map and GPS. Isolated LO and difficult to get to.
